Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the cut files, clip art, or graphics ("the Artwork") provided by Pretty Paper Graphics ("the Company"), you ("the User") are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").
License Grant
Subject to these Terms of Use, the Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Artwork under the following conditions:
Personal & Small Scale Commercial Use:
- Personal use is permitted.
- Commercial use is permitted for up to 100 units of handmade physical products.
- The use of Print-on-Demand services is not permitted.
- Conversion to other file types (such as for embroidery or 3D printing) is not permitted.
- The files cannot be resold or shared, nor can they be included in any digital set or download, whether for personal or commercial use.
- All commercial use must include attribution to Pretty Paper Graphics.
Mid-Scale Commercial Use:
- Commercial use is permitted for up to 5,000 total units of sold products.
- The use of Print-on-Demand services is permitted for up to 5,000 units of sold products.
- Conversion to other file types (such as for embroidery or 3D printing) is not permitted.
- Limited digital commercial use is permitted, provided the images are incorporated into your own design and the final product is delivered as a flattened digital item. For example, you could create a personalized digital invitation design that your customer can download as a single, flattened image or non-editable PDF file.
- The files cannot be resold or shared, nor can they be included in any digital set or download, whether for personal or commercial use.
- No attribution is required, though it is greatly appreciated.
Extended Commercial Use:
- Commercial use is permitted for up to 250,000 total units of sold products.
- The use of Print-on-Demand services is permitted for up to 250,000 units of sold products.
- Conversion to embroidery or 3D printing files is permitted. For example, you can transform the files into embroidery files and sell these. The limit of 250,000 total units still applies.
- Selling physical iron-on transfers (HTV) or physical sublimation transfers is permitted. The limit of 250,000 total units still applies.
- Limited digital commercial use is permitted, provided the images are incorporated into your own design and the final product is delivered as a flattened digital item. For example, you could create a personalized digital invitation design that your customer can download as a single, flattened image or non-editable PDF file.
- The files cannot be resold or shared, nor can they be included in any digital set or download, whether for personal or commercial use.
- No attribution is required, though it is greatly appreciated.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title, interest and intellectual property rights in and to the Artwork are owned by the Company. The Artwork is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. These Terms of Use do not grant the User any ownership rights to the Artwork.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Artwork.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Artwork is provided "as is". The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Artwork.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The User's continued use of the Artwork following the posting of changes will mean that the User accepts and agrees to the changes.
